About WIGC

"Will I Get Cancer?" was thought up/built as part of my weekly Tikkun Olam Tuesdays in which I devote some time each week to making the world a better place. The thought process behind WIGC specifically was that cancer is a large issue affecting humans and one that I didn't think the average Earther had sufficient awareness of in order to make an informed decision about how and in what magnitude to support efforts to solve.

The point of this site, then, is to make it easy to explore available cancer data through a lens that is most relatable to a human, themselves.
